The position offers a hybrid schedule with remote Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tue–Thu, from 9am to 6pm. You will use AI tools to ideate, report, and optimize social ROI across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media community management and strategies.
• Proven ability to lead organic social campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsabilités

• Execute organic social marketing strategies aligned with client brands.
• Curate content including articles, images, videos, infographics, and more.
• Copywriting for conversion-optimized content and social SEO copy.
• Use AI tools to ideate, copywrite, report, and manage communities.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on KPIs and ROI.
• Implement best practices across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
• Build and moderate engaged communities, respond to comments, and maintain standards.
• Handle crisis management and weekend/holiday support as needed.
• Track analytics and surface insights to optimize social investments.
