MDG Advertising in Boca Raton is seeking a Manager, Integrated Media to lead paid social and integrated media campaigns for a range of clients. You will own strategy, testing, optimization, and AI-enabled reporting, collaborating with creative teams to craft data-driven, audience-focused plans within client budgets.

The role requires deep experience across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and emerging platforms, plus proficiency in programmatic and traditional media as part

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising/marketing or related field is a must.
• 5+ years of agency media planning and buying experience with emphasis on paid social.
• Experience with planning and buying digital media (social and programmatic) is required.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and their capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat ad platforms; Meta Certified a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace; ability to present to senior stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Establish goals and KPIs with clients and educate on platforms and vendors.
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap with hypotheses and learnings.
• Lead integrated media planning across paid social and programmatic channels.
• Negotiate and buy digital and traditional media; ensure campaign integration.
• Monitor spend, optimize based on performance, and report ROI.
• Create and present client-ready reports and quarterly reviews.
• Use AI tools for analysis and reporting while validating outputs.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to MDG thought leadership.
