Job summary

Odyssey Systems is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler for the Air Force mission support at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role entails developing and maintaining the IMS, coordinating across the PMO, and delivering schedule artifacts to leadership.

The candidate will ensure alignment with acquisition processes, perform risk assessments, and provide Earned Value Management indicators to inform decisions. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US
• Clearance: Top Secret, SCI eligible
• Education: BA/BS Degree
• Experience: 5+ years in relevant scheduling/DoD programs

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate IMS activities across PMO and stakeholders; deliver scheduling artifacts (Gantt, network diagrams).
• Provide schedule management aligned with system acquisition processes and EVM indicators.
• Assist in requirements planning and feasibility assessments to meet program objectives.
• Communicate schedule status to customers, teams, and leadership; identify corrective actions.
