Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Integrated Master Scheduler to support a mission-focused program at Fort Meade, Maryland. You will develop, maintain, and report the program’s resource-loaded IMS, coordinating with program management, technical leads, and government stakeholders.

The role emphasizes leading agile execution in a complex, cross-functional environment with a strong focus on schedule health, risk mitigation, and liaison across engineering teams. A TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as primary/senior IMS scheduler for multiple workstreams.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project including resource loading and baselining.
• Experience with DI-MGMT-81861/ MIL-STD-881 IMS practices and linking Jira data to IMS items.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; resolve cross-team conflicts.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and support non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the IMS baseline and forecast.
• Build a resource-loaded, logically networked schedule with milestones and dependencies.
• Ensure schedule traceability to WBS and contract requirements.
• Conduct monthly schedule updates and prepare IMS reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation options with leads.
• Mentor personnel on schedule discipline and quality practices.
