Job summary

Odyssey Systems is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support a high-priority Air Force acquisition program at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role involves developing and maintaining the IMS, coordinating across PMO teams, and delivering scheduling artifacts such as Gantt charts and network diagrams.

Candidates must be a US citizen with Top Secret/SCI eligibility, a BA/BS degree, and 5+ years of DoD/DoW scheduling experience; MA/MS preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in the minimum
• 5+ years of relevant scheduling experience, preferably with DoD/DoW programs

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Coordinate IMS activities across PMO disciplines and deliver scheduling artifacts
• Provide integrated schedule management supporting system acquisition processes
• Assist in requirements planning and feasibility evaluations
• Communicate schedule objectives and status to stakeholders
• Identify and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
• Use scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project for complex schedules
• Conduct risk assessments and provide EVM indicators for schedule risks
