Job summary

Odyssey is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support a high-priority Air Force acquisition program at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role collaborates with program managers, functionals, and leadership to ensure schedules map to program objectives and milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in complex IMS environments, TS/SCI-eligible clearance, and BA/BS. DoD/DoW program experience and EVM awareness are highly preferred. Onsite full-time position with 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret, SCI eligible.
• Education: BA/BS Degree.
• Years of Experience: 5 years.
• Preferred: MA/MS Degree.
• DoD/DoW program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the IMS to support planning and execution.
• Coordinate IMS activities across PMO and document schedules.
• Provide integrated schedule management aligned with system acquisition processes.
• Assist in requirements planning and feasibility evaluations.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Use Microsoft Project to develop complex schedules.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide EVM indicators.
