Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior related experience; graduate degree with 4+ years or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) including setup, baseline management, maintenance, analysis, and SRAs.
• Experience with schedule health metrics (DCMA 14-point) and metrics such as BEI, CPLI, SPI.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program objectives and contractual requirements.
• Perform detailed schedule analysis across Finance, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Utilize Gantt charts, milestones, critical path analysis, EVM to monitor progress and identify variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and project control guidelines.
• Lead scheduling status reviews and provide updates to program leadership.
• Collaborate with IPTs to develop and maintain IMS for development and production programs.
• Analyze schedules for resource needs, architecture, variance, and baseline maintenance.
• Provide insights into scheduling trends and best practices to aid program teams.
• Perform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) on key programs.
