Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an experienced Integrated Program Planner and Scheduler to support a large, long-term program in Greenville, TX or Rockwall, TX. The role manages the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with responsibility for schedule development, risk analysis, and cross-functional integration.

Responsibilities include coordinating with CAMs and IPTs, performing schedule risk analysis, and ensuring alignment with program budgets and milestones.

Qualifications

• Develop, maintain IMS and schedules supporting long-term programs.
• Perform schedule analysis and risk assessment for multiple projects.
• Interface with program teams to maintain integrated master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate the IMS to meet program objectives.
• Perform schedule analysis to identify variances and risk.
• Ensure schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Lead scheduling reviews and coordinate with CAMs and IPTs.
• Manage schedule risk and opportunity across multiple schedules.
