Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX (or Rockwall, TX) is seeking an experienced Integrated Program Scheduler to manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a large, long-term program. You will lead schedule development, analysis, and integration across finance, engineering, and manufacturing, with occasional travel to supplier locations.

Responsibilities include risk analysis, schedule health metrics, and coordination with CAMs/IPTs. A DoD clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; or Graduate Degree with 4 years of related experience; or 10 years of related experience without a degree
• Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, Excel Pivot Tables, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with IMS development, baseline management, update/maintenance, schedule analysis, and CDRL deliveries
• Experience with schedule health metrics (DCMA 14-point) and related metrics such as CEI, BEI, CPLI, SPI
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoW Secret Level Clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives
• Perform schedule analysis to support assigned programs or projects
• Ensure major projects and schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality
• Lead Schedule Risk Analysis and resolve critical path and logic conflicts
• Utilize Gantt charts, earned value management, and other PM techniques to track progress and identify variances
• Coordinate with CAMs and IPTs on work package schedules
• Mentor teams in schedule best practices and EV methodologies
• Manage risk and opportunity in the IMS and coordinate multiple schedules
