Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a dynamic Program Scheduler to analyze the master program schedule, status, and network logic, ensuring integration across functions in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and MS Project/IMS proficiency, with on-site work in Rochester, NY or Wilmington, MA and a 9/80 schedule. You will lead reviews, deliver reports to senior leaders, and support schedule health assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 0–2 years experience; or 6+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Experience creating and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Experience presenting project-level reports to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Create and track plans and schedules; perform risk analysis and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Perform schedule analysis for assigned programs or projects.
• Use MS Project, IMS, and other PM tools to gauge progress and identify variances.
• Develop and coordinate IMS/IMP; ensure integration across finance, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Lead scheduling status reviews and communicate with senior leaders.
• Conduct schedule health assessments to ensure DCMA compliance.
