Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Clifton, NJ is seeking an experienced Specialist, Program Scheduler to join the Program Planning and Scheduling Department. The role focuses on building Integrated Master Schedules, performing critical path analysis, and supporting Earned Value Management for multiple programs using MS Project Server.

Responsibilities include integrating subcontractor schedules, coordinating with CAMs and IPTs, delivering status reports, and conducting Monte Carlo Schedule Risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create Integrated Master Schedules using MS Project Server.
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into IMS.
• Analyze critical path and advise management of changes.
• Coordinate with CAMs and IPT members on schedule data.
• Prepare periodic project status reports.
• Perform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments on key programs.
