Job summary

Leidos is seeking a seasoned Master Scheduler to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a high-visibility program, aligning multiple projects with a comprehensive WBS and Government expectations.

You will analyze schedule changes, perform risk assessments, and brief leadership while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and timelines stay on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight (8) or more years of experience as a Master Scheduler.
• Experience with schedule development and maintenance.
• Experience performing schedule risk analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication and briefing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) incorporating various projects per WBS.
• Update project schedules weekly and prepare schedule materials for government review.
• Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and teams to gather requirements for the master schedule.
• Use scheduling tools to create, maintain, and update the master schedule aligned with objectives.
• Support Lead Program Manager in coordinating internal and external teams to milestones.
• Create, develop, and manage project plans and establish milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines and track status as requested.
• Apply risk management practices to scheduling and execution.
• Identify scheduling shortfalls or obstacles to mitigate impacts on timelines and budgets.
• Develop and update technical documentation including enterprise architecture and design docs.
