Job summary

Textron Systems in Wilmington, MA is seeking a dedicated Associate Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs in Weapons Systems.

You will work cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to develop, manage and report on engineering development and production schedules, and provide scheduling best practices in Earned Value Management.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years scheduling experience in engineering development or manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and ensure they reflect contractual scope and resources
• Assist in development of program baselines and earned value methods
• Coordinate with Financial Analysts on EV variance reporting
• Resolve schedule issues via root cause analysis and teamwork
• Monitor and improve scheduling processes and procedures
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from operational health metrics
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
