Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks a Program Scheduling Analyst to support DoD, NASA, and commercial programs by developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project. You will align schedules with WBS, control accounts, and contractual deliverables.

Apply CPM, support EVM, and collaborate with Engineering, Contracts, and Finance to ensure delivery on time and on budget with full visibility into performance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project scheduling or program planning in aerospace/defense or similar complex environments.
• Experience developing logic-driven network schedules for programs.
• Knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment.
• Experience with schedule baseline development and change control processes.
• Understanding of EVM principles and schedule integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned with WBS and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, maintain network relationships.
• Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems and support EVM when required.
• Establish baselines and support IBRs; perform schedule performance analysis.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
