Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to oversee the client’s infrastructure roadmap and drive schedule execution across multiple projects. You will develop and maintain schedules aligned with program objectives and deliverables, and publish the IMS for DoD personnel.

You will coordinate with program leadership, manage timelines, perform critical path analyses, and brief senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing, managing, and integrating large project schedules
• Experience with scheduling software: MS Project, MS Project Online, or Primavera P6
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to communicate schedule status to stakeholders, including leadership and clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong planning and analysis
• Ability to generate scheduling briefing material for senior military leadership
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of the client’s infrastructure roadmap and monitor milestones
• Develop, analyze, and manage schedules aligned with SOO, TPRs, CWBS, and CSOW
• Publish the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to a SharePoint site for DoD use
• Integrate multiple construction operations and maintenance schedules for infrastructure projects
