Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a high-visibility program. You will analyze schedule changes, assess risks, and align multiple projects across cross-functional teams, working with program leadership and stakeholders.

You will update schedules in IPAS weekly, develop plans, track milestones, and apply risk management practices to ensure on-time delivery. U.S. Citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Master Scheduler experience.
• Experience with schedule development and maintenance.
• Experience performing schedule risk analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication and briefing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage and communicate with technical and program management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) per the WBS.
• Update TS project schedules in IPAS weekly and prepare materials.
• Collaborate with PMs, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Use scheduling tools to create, maintain, and update the master schedule.
• Support the Lead Program Manager in coordinating internal and external teams.
• Create, develop, and manage project plans.
• Coordinate and establish project milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines.
• Track and brief project status as requested.
• Apply risk management practices to scheduling and execution.
• Identify scheduling risks or obstacles to protect timelines and budgets.
• Develop and update technical docs including enterprise architecture and system design.
• Develop technical docs including MOPs.
