Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in accordance with the WBS.
• Update T&S project schedules weekly and prepare schedule materials for leadership.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and teams to gather requirements for the master schedule.
• Use project management software to create, maintain, and update the master schedule.
• Support the Lead Program Manager in coordinating internal and external teams to milestones.
• Create, develop, and manage project plans.
• Coordinate and establish project milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines.
• Track and brief project status as requested.
• Apply risk management to scheduling and execution.
• Identify scheduling shortfalls and risks to protect timelines and budget.
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture and design docs.
• Develop Implementation Plans and MOPs.
