Job summary

Leidos in Merritt Island, FL is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to develop, manage, and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the AEGIS program. You will coordinate with Government PMs, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to align schedules with milestones.

Responsibilities include updating IPAS schedules, creating schedule briefs, performing schedule risk analyses, and developing plans and MOPs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and eight or more years of experience as a Master Scheduler.
Experience with schedule development and maintenance.
Experience performing schedule risk analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with databases.
Strong verbal and written communication and briefing skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the AEGIS program.
Update T&S project schedules in IPAS weekly and prepare briefing materials.
Collaborate with PMs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to capture requirements.
Use scheduling tools to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
Support lead PM in coordinating internal and external teams to meet milestones.
Create, develop, and manage project plans.
Coordinate and establish project milestones.
Develop comprehensive project timelines.
Apply risk management to scheduling and execution.
Identify risks that could impact timelines and budgets.
Develop technical documentation including Implementation Plans and MOPs.
