Qualifications

Previous production operations/manufacturing experience.
Previous leadership experience.
Demonstrated project management skills through ADDIE or similar framework.

Experience developing and strategizing training materials/coursework in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Manages training to provide technical knowledge for safe maintenance and operation of aircraft and related systems.
Coordinates subordinate recruitment, training, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Directs analyses of current/future operating needs to identify training requirements and programs.
Manages preparation and production of materials used for technical instruction.
