Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation seeks an Engineering Department Manager to lead engineering, integration, test, evaluation, and sustainment for JMATS ATDs/MTDs across multiple sites. You will direct software, hardware, database, and DMO engineering while coordinating RMF and government interfaces.

Responsibilities include setting test policies, managing configuration management, sustaining logistics engineering, and guiding personnel development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8–12 years of relevant engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership or engineering management experience.
