Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree credits or ParaPro score 461+ or transcripts accepted.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Experience with educational teams preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in implementing IEP goals and lesson plans.
• Support students one-on-one and with small groups as directed.
• Collect data and maintain records on student progress.
• Monitor behavior and safety, following behavior plans.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
