Marketing at GoTo

GoTo is actively searching for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated campaigns to drive marketing-generated revenue for our enterprise-grade remote support solution, LogMeIn Rescue. You will play a central role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life from strategy to execution to optimization. You will focus on targeting Internal IT buyers and Customer Support buyers at enterprise organizations using account-based marketing strategies (1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1). You will lead our cross-functional marketing team to deliver lead, pipeline, and revenue targets for Rescue.

This is a remote-centric position. GoTo is open to hiring within the United States.

Your Day to Day

As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to understand our target personas, product differentiators, and content strategy, using this information to design marketing campaigns.
  • Design account-based marketing campaigns to acquire new logos from enterprise organizations, defining the target account list, messaging, content, channel mix, budget, and KPIs for each campaign.
  • Partner with international teammates to obtain input on new campaigns and adapt your approach to execute campaigns at a global scale.
  • Write campaign briefs that inspire the cross-functional team (e.g., Brand & Creative, Marketing Automation, Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, Web, Agency Partners, etc.) to deliver compelling creative concepts, assemble tactical plans, craft content assets, and meet campaign objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback on campaign creative, ensuring deliverables speak to the target audience and adhere to channel best practices.
  • Understand the role of each marketing channel in the buyer journey, proactively monitor performance, and influence teams to optimize underperforming areas.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales to support campaigns with sales plays against target accounts.
  • Provide regular reports to Marketing and Sales leadership on campaign performance, trends, and next steps.
  • Contribute to quarterly marketing planning, collaborating with teams to allocate budgets and forecast leads, pipeline, and revenue.

What we’re looking for

Your background will include:

  • 2-3 years of integrated marketing experience promoting SaaS products to enterprise organizations.
  • Strong background in account-based marketing, especially 1:Few and 1:1 campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns from strategy to optimization.
  • Track record of building positive relationships with marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience monitoring and attaining lead, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Understanding of relevant technologies (e.g., 6Sense, Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think creatively and solve problems quickly.

Annual Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $107,500

Your actual compensation will depend on your location, experience, and the pay of similar roles. You will also be eligible for variable pay and benefits.
