Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Temporary Marketing Manager to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans and tactics for the organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing customers.

Responsibilities:

In this role:

  • You will develop compelling brand strategy and tactics with clear positioning and messaging
  • You will manage the marketing and content calendar and timelines
  • You will achieve year-over-year growth as determined by executive team in key business areas
  • You will own the website and social media channels, create engaging content
  • You will manage in-house and external creative, design and other resources to deliver timely and quality execution at the lowest cost
  • You will manage budgets, paid media campaigns, process invoices and track payments
  • You will develop partnerships and alliances
  • You will conduct timely analysis of marketing data, using the insights to adapt and revise the marketing strategy and tactics
  • You will master and improve systems and tools to achieve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years professional experience in marketing or related field, preferably within an advertising agency
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Organized, flexible and comfortable operating with-in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving

Additional Information:

The hourly pay range for this position is $44.13 - $71.65. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
