What You Will Do

The Product Marketing Manager manages strategic marketing programs for the Ducted Systems HVAC business unit. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing plans, expanding channels and customer influence, driving product launches, and creating effective digital and traditional marketing strategies. This role is metrics-driven, focusing on maximizing ROI through measurable benchmarks and KPIs. The Manager reports to the Director of Marketing for the Johnson Controls Residential & Light Commercial business, Americas.

How You Will Do It

  • Assess marketing needs and develop programs to increase market share and growth
  • Lead marketing efforts for product launches, campaigns, trade shows, and events
  • Partner with regional teams to identify audience and channel requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce marketing materials for 9 brands
  • Manage communication with vendors, suppliers, and agencies to deliver marketing programs

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant business and strategic marketing management experience
  • Critical thinking and strategic development skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and creativity
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix environment
  • International marketing experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel domestically (10%)
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal
