Integrated Behavioral Health Provider at Up-Valley Behavioral Health Services Act serves St. Helena/Calistoga, CA, delivering brief therapy and care coordination within a predominantly behavioral health program.

The role requires a Master’s in social work or related field and CA licensure or eligibility, with bilingual capability and EMR proficiency. The position includes prorated benefits and a union-supported salary structure.

Qualifications

• Master’s in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.
• Current license or associate certificate in CA required.
• Experience in integrated behavioral health preferred.
• Knowledge of DSM and treatment planning preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes, schedules and conducts brief evidence-based therapy for patients with mild to moderate behavioral health symptoms.
• Provides crisis intervention and brief warm handoffs as needed.
• Documents visits in the EMR within 48 hours.
• Collaborates with primary care staff on behavioral health issues.
• Tracks grant deliverables per BHSA guidelines.
