Job summary

OLE Health in Napa is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Provider (ASW/AMFT or LCSW/LMFT) to deliver quality behavioral healthcare, including psychosocial assessments and brief interventions, with a combination of remote and on-site work. The role reports to the BH Manager for Yolo/Napa/Solano and joins a network delivering extensive services to 70,000+ patients.

Qualifications

• Master’s in social work, marriage and family therapy, and/or counseling from an accredited school required.
• Current license or associate certificate required.
• Experience in integrated behavioral health settings with brief-solution focused services preferred.
• Knowledge of the DSM and ability to inform treatment planning strongly preferred.
• Must certify and remain current in CPR.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes, schedules and conducts brief evidence-based therapy for patients with mild to moderate behavioral health symptoms.
• Assesses, refers and advocates for services outside the brief therapy model when needed.
• Provides crisis intervention and brief warm handoffs as required.
• Educates and supports patients and families to encourage adherence to medical and behavioral regimes.
• Communicates with community partners for coordinated care.
• Provides BH consultation to primary care staff on behavioral health issues.
• Documents patient visits in the electronic medical record within 48 hours.
• Develops trainings and updates on behavioral health topics for staff.
• Writes letters documenting diagnoses and treatment as requested.
• Participates in supervision and supports the MAT program as needed.
• Maintains professional license or associate certificate per California BBS requirements.
