Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology with a California Psychologist license is required.
• MSW with California LCSW license or MFT with LMFT license or LPCC license is required.
• Two years of pre/post-licensure psychotherapy experience with children/adults is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for behavioral health services.
• Conduct brief psychotherapy for individuals and families.
• Perform initial and ongoing behavioral health assessments to develop care plans.
• Collaborate with primary care providers in an integrated care model.
• Ensure crisis management and psychoeducation as needed.
• Maintain patient records and follow-up per protocols.
