Job summary

Ole Health in Napa seeks an Integrated Behavioral Health Provider (ASW/LCSW or AMFT/LMFT) to deliver brief therapy, psychosocial assessment and warm handoffs. The role combines on-site care with possible remote work as needed, within a supportive team at a federally qualified health center.

The position requires a Master’s and current license or associate certificate, plus experience in integrated behavioral health and serving diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s in social work, marriage and family therapy, and/or counseling from an accredited school required.
• Current license or associate certificate required.
• Experience in integrated behavioral health settings preferred.
• Knowledge of DSM and treatment planning preferred.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention, related laws and patient rights.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural humility.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes, schedules and conducts brief evidence-based therapy for patients with mild to moderate symptoms.
• Assesses and advocates for services outside brief therapy as needed.
• Provides crisis intervention and warm handoffs as required.
• Educates and supports patients and families to follow medical and behavioral plans.
• Documents visits in EMR within 48 hours.
• Maintains licensure and participates in supervision and trainings.
