Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, seeks a Full-time PsyD, PhD, or LICSW to join our Integrated Behavioral Medicine team in Milford, MA. On-site 2–3 days weekly; telehealth equipment provided; opportunity for specialized work across multiple conditions. Compensation reflects experience and market norms.

You'll work within a large, clinician-led network and be supported by a platform designed to advance patient care and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• Experience in integrated primary care preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring medical conditions, and mild substance use disorders.
• Utilize evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, and MI.
• Help create and implement treatment plans with the behavioral medicine team and primary care.
• Opportunity for specialized work in women's health, sleep disorders, GI, lifestyle medicine, pain management, concussion care, and oncology.
• Schedule is determined by the hiring manager; on-site 2–3 days per week; telehealth equipment provided.
