Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Full-time PsyD, PhD, or LICSW to join our Integrated Behavioral Medicine team in Milford, MA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

**Required to be on site 2-3 days a week

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule is determined by the hiring manager.
• Electronic equipment for telehealth and remote work is included.
• Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring medical conditions, and mild substance use disorders.
• Use of evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) is preferred.
• Help create and implement treatment plans with behavioral medicine team, primary care, or specialist.
• Opportunity for specialized work in women's health, sleep disorders, GI, lifestyle medicine/weight management, pain management, concussion care, and oncology available.
