Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, seeks a Full-time PsyD, PhD, or LICSW to join our Integrated Behavioral Medicine team in Worcester, MA. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatments and collaboration across primary care and behavioral medicine teams.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted license in MA (PhD, PsyD, LICSW).
• Experience with integrated primary care models preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of practice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health psychology or behavioral medicine preferred.
• Experience with substance use and addiction preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring medical conditions and mild substance use disorders.
• Use evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, and MI.
• Collaborate with behavioral medicine team, primary care, or specialists to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Opportunities for specialized work in women’s health, sleep, GI, lifestyle medicine/weight management, pain management, concussion care, and oncology.
