Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, is seeking a full-time PsyD, PhD, or LICSW to join the Integrated Behavioral Medicine team in Worcester, MA.

The role supports primary care patients with behavioral health disorders and co-occurring conditions, utilizing ACT, CBT, and MI in a telehealth-friendly setting. Scheduling is determined by the hiring manager, with strong benefits and advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license in MA (PhD, PsyD, LICSW).
• Experience in integrated primary care model (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of practice experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of health psychology or behavioral medicine (preferred).
• Experience with substance use and addiction (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule is determined by the hiring manager.
• Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring medical conditions, and mild substance use disorders.
• Use evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, and MI.
• Help create and implement treatment plans with behavioral medicine team, primary care, or specialist.
