Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, seeks a full-time PsyD, PhD, or LICSW to join the Integrated Behavioral Medicine team in Worcester, MA. On-site 2-3 days per week are required, with telehealth equipment provided for remote work as needed.

You’ll treat primary care patients with behavioral health disorders and co-occurring conditions, using ACT, CBT, and MI when appropriate. Collaboration across teams will drive individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• Experience in an integrated primary care model preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of practice experience recommended.
• Knowledge of health psychology or behavioral medicine preferred.
• Experience with substance use and addiction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule determined by the hiring manager.
• Electronic equipment for telehealth and remote work included.
• Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders and mild substance use disorders.
• Employ evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, and MI where appropriate.
• Help create and implement treatment plans with the behavioral medicine team, primary care, or specialists.
