Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Full-time PsyD, PhD, or LICSW to join our Integrated Behavioral Medicine team in Worcester, MA. Optum is a clinician‑led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• Experience within an integrated primary care model preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of practice experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring medical conditions, and mild substance use disorders.
• Use evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT and Motivational Interviewing where appropriate.
• Help create and implement treatment plans with the behavioral medicine team, primary care or specialists.
• Opportunities for specialized work in women’s health, sleep disorders, GI, lifestyle/weight management, pain management, concussion care, and oncology.
