Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a full-time PsyD/PhD or LICSW to join our Integrated Behavioral Medicine team in Milford, MA. This on-site role requires 2–3 days on site, with telehealth equipment provided for flexibility within a leading clinician-led network.

You will provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders and co-occurring conditions, employing ACT, CBT, and MI, and help develop care plans with the team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license in MA (PhD, PsyD, or LICSW).
• Experience in integrated primary care is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of practice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders and co-occurring conditions.
• Apply evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate on treatment plans with the behavioral medicine team and primary care.
• Explore specialized work in women's health, sleep, GI, weight management, pain, concussion, or oncology.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Schedule is determined by the hiring manager.
• Electronic equipment for telehealth and remote work is included.
• Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring medical conditions, and mild substance use disorders.
• Use of evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) is preferred.
• Help create and implement treatment plans with behavioral medicine team, primary care, or specialist.
• Opportunity for specialized work in women's health, sleep disorders, GI, lifestyle medicine/weight management, pain management, concussion care, and oncology available.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within an integrated primary care model
• Minimum 3 years practice experience
• Knowledge of health psychology or behavioral medicine is preferred.
• Experience with substance use and addiction is preferred.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
