Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm is looking for an Intake Manager to lead a team of Intake Leads and Specialists, driving end-to-end conversion performance and coaching excellence. The role combines data-informed decision making with hands-on leadership to maintain high client experience and compliance.

The position requires expertise in consultative sales and team leadership, with preferred experience in immigration or legal services. Onsite schedule and a competitive compensation package are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a consultative sales role with demonstrated, articulable conversion results.
• 2-4 years previous experience leading a team.
• Immigration, legal services, financial services, or consultative professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Intake Leads and Specialists with clear expectations, performance standards, and coaching rhythms.
• Own conversion performance across the full span of control by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop Intake Leads as effective coaches and people leaders through observations and feedback.
• Conduct structured 1:1s with Leads and direct reports, reviewing performance and coaching priorities.
• Review consultations, dashboards, and CRM data to identify patterns and escalation needs.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex client situations requiring manager-level judgment.
• Lead daily team huddles to reinforce priorities, execution, and accountability.
• Partner with leadership on staffing decisions, reporting, and organizational development.
• Collaborate with Training and QA to translate QA findings into corrective action.
• Manage performance and recognize top performers with structured development plans.
• Participate in hiring decisions for Intake roles using established criteria.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and CRM documentation.
