Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years consultative sales with proven conversion results.
• 2 to 4 years leading a team.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required at B2 to C1 level.
• Immigration, legal services, financial services, or consultative professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Intake Specialists with clear expectations, coaching cadence, and performance standards.
• Use dashboards, CRM data, and call recordings to diagnose conversion gaps and drive corrective action quickly.
• Run structured 1:1s, manage recognition and performance plans, and participate in hiring decisions.
• Step into consultations for coverage when required, modeling the expected selling framework and standards.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, CRM documentation standards, and QA protocols.
• Conversion and retained‑client outcomes across your span of control.
• Coaching quality and accountability for Intake Specialists.
• Consult quality, CRM discipline, QA adherence, and client escalations.
