Lisinski Law Firm in New York is seeking an Intake Manager to lead a virtual and in-office intake team, driving conversion performance, coaching, and operational excellence. You will mentor Leads and Specialists, implement data‑driven improvements, and ensure client experience standards are met across channels.

You will guide day‑to‑day coaching, performance reviews, and escalation decisions while collaborating with Training, QA, and leadership to maintain a high‑performing, compliant intake

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a consultative sales role with verifiable conversion results.
• 2–4 years of prior experience leading a team.
• Immigration, legal services, financial services, or consultative professional services experience preferred.
• CRM performance tracking and documentation proficiency (Litify/Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop intake Leads and Specialists with clear expectations and coaching rhythms.
• Own conversion performance across the full span of control using data to close gaps.
• Develop leaders by improving observation, evaluation, and independent improvement.
• Conduct structured 1:1s, review performance, coaching, and priorities.
• Review consultations, dashboards, and CRM data to spot patterns and escalation needs.
• Act as escalation point for complex client situations requiring manager judgment.
• Lead daily team huddles to reinforce priorities and accountability.
• Partner with leadership on staffing, hiring, and developmental priorities.
• Work with Training and QA to translate QA findings into corrective action.
• Manage performance, recognize top performers, and enforce corrective action on underperformance.
• Participate in hiring decisions for Intake Lead and Specialist roles.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, CRM standards, and QA protocols.
• When needed, conduct consultations to model selling framework and standards.
