Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Intake Manager to oversee end-to-end conversion performance and coaching for a virtual and/or in-office intake team. You will lead Intake Leads and Specialists, build disciplined coaching rhythms, and ensure compliant client experience standards through data-driven actions.

The role focuses on coaching effectiveness, performance improvement, and collaboration with Training and QA to translate findings into action.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a consultative sales role with proven conversion results.
• 2–4 years experience leading a team.
• CRM performance tracking and documentation proficiency (Litify/Salesforce preferred).
• Phone and video consultation execution to support overflow volume and maintain service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable Intake Leads and Specialists with clear performance expectations.
• Own conversion performance by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions.
• Coach Intake Leads to become effective coaches and people leaders.
• Conduct structured 1:1s to review performance and development priorities.
• Review CRM data and recordings to identify coaching opportunities and escalation needs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client situations requiring manager judgment.
• Lead daily team huddles to reinforce priorities and accountability.
• Partner with leadership on performance reporting, staffing, and development priorities.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, CRM standards, and QA protocols.
• When needed, conduct consultations to model selling framework and standards.
