Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming referrals from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, PCPs and specialists.
• Verify insurance eligibility for services including nursing, medications and equipment in home care.
