Craig Swapp & Associates in Sandy, UT seeks a friendly Legal Intake Specialist to handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from prospective clients. You will gather information, answer questions, and help determine if the firm can assist.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or sales, strong empathy, attention to detail, and fluent English (Spanish a plus). On onboarding, you’ll e-Sign and schedule next steps, with compensation of $18–$22 per hour plus bonuses and benefits.

Our Sandy, UT office is seeking an individual who shares our core values to join our team as an Intake Specialist. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, holds themselves to high standards and seeks for excellence in all they do.The Legal Intake Specialist is a fast-paced position, answering in-bound phone calls, chats or emails from potential clients responding positively to the company’s extensive advertising (no cold calling required). Our Legal Intake Specialists are the first contact most clients have with the company and as such, we are looking for a candidate with confidence and empathy who displays strong attention to detail.The Legal Intake Specialist gathers information and answers the potential clients questions before determining if the company can help. Once a case is qualified the Legal Intake Specialist e-Signs the client and schedules the final steps for the client to complete their onboarding process.Pay range is $18 - $22 per hour depending on experience and past success meeting sales objectives. Bonuses paid on top of base hourly rate for successful sign-ups.
