Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for new potential clients via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Gather essential case details and assess viability for next steps.
• Enter client data accurately into the case management system.
• Conduct timely follow-up calls, texts, and emails to move qualified leads toward signing.
• Meet weekly goals related to call volume and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and new client services to ensure smooth intake.

• Assess the viability of each potential case and determine next steps - whether to sign the case internally or refer it externally.
• Enter client data accurately and efficiently into our case management system.
• Conduct timely follow-up calls, texts, and emails with potential clients to maintain engagement and move qualified leads toward signing.
• Meet weekly goals related to call volume, follow-up activity, and signed case conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and new client services team to ensure seamless client intake and onboarding.
