Craig Swapp & Associates in Sandy, UT seeks a friendly Legal Intake Specialist to handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from prospective clients. You will gather information, answer questions, and help determine if the firm can assist.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or sales, strong empathy, attention to detail, and fluent English (Spanish a plus). On onboarding, you’ll e-Sign and schedule next steps, with compensation of $18–$22 per hour plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales.
• Telemarketing experience with e-Sign is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and empathetic communication.

Responsibilities
