Gruber Law Offices in Milwaukee is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective and current clients. You will gather information, assess needs, and route calls with professionalism and compassion. This role requires strong communication, calm under pressure, and the ability to multitask.

Location: remote after in-office training; must reside in southeastern Wisconsin. A pre-employment assessment will be part of the process:
