Job description

Are you a persuasive communicator who can turn inbound leads into signed clients with persistence, empathy, and confidence?

Can you manage high volumes of inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism while keeping the client experience front and center?

Do you enjoy using data and performance metrics to improve results, refine your approach, and drive stronger conversion outcomes?

Are you excited by the opportunity to help support and strengthen a growing intake function within a fast-moving legal environment?

We are a growing plaintiff-side law firm focused on delivering exceptional service and strong advocacy for individuals navigating difficult circumstances. Our team values responsiveness, professionalism, compassion, and clear communication throughout every stage of the client journey.

We are seeking a Sales Intake Manager to support and elevate our intake process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, brings strong consultative sales instincts, and can help create a smooth and supportive experience for prospective clients from first contact through engagement. This individual will play an important role in strengthening intake operations, improving conversion performance, and helping ensure qualified opportunities are handled with care and consistency.

What you’ll do
  • Intake and Lead Management: Manage incoming leads across calls, texts, web forms, and scheduled consultations, ensuring timely follow-up, clear communication, and a high-quality prospective client experience.
  • Screening and Qualification: Gather key case information, assess fit based on internal criteria, and ensure qualified opportunities are routed appropriately and accurately.
  • Consultative Communication: Build trust quickly with prospective clients, explain next steps clearly, address common questions or concerns, and support strong lead-to-engagement conversion.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key intake metrics including response times, contact rates, follow-up activity, and conversions, using data to improve outcomes and maintain accountability.
  • Process Support and Optimization: Help strengthen intake workflows, scripts, qualification standards, and handoff processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and client experience.
  • CRM and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records, source attribution, and pipeline updates within the CRM, while identifying opportunities for better visibility and stronger follow-through.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with attorneys, legal staff, and marketing to support intake needs, align on qualified matters, and help manage fluctuations in lead volume.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, intake, business development, or client conversion roles, with a track record of success handling inbound leads and driving conversions.
  • Sales Ability: Confidence in managing consultative conversations, overcoming objections, and guiding prospective clients toward informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and represent the firm professionally.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Industry Familiarity: Experience in personal injury, legal services, or other professional services environments is a plus, but not required.
  • Work Style: High integrity, strong follow-through, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting.
Why join us
  • Meaningful Work: Help support people during challenging moments by creating a clear, responsive, and compassionate first experience.
  • Collaborative Environment: Be part of a team that values professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Growth Potential: Contribute to the ongoing development of intake systems and performance in a role with meaningful impact.
Additional perks
  • Medical and dental insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match (after one year)
  • 10 days of PTO in the first year, plus paid holidays and additional sick leave

If you are motivated by results, care deeply about client experience, and enjoy creating structure and momentum in a growing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
