Job summary

Savvy HR Partner, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) to support client intake and case management for a growing legal practice. This part-time role will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, gather key case information, and ensure inquiries are accurately documented and organized.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience in legal intake, customer service, client relations, or case management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable gathering sensitive information and speaking with prospective clients.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow established processes.
• Lawmatics experience is a plus, but not required.
