As an Intake Specialist, you will connect with potential plaintiffs, gather information to determine eligibility for legal claims, and guide qualified individuals through the intake

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of phone-based experience in sales, customer service, call center operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to follow structured scripts and processes while keeping conversations engaging and professional.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document information.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential plaintiffs using an automated dialing system.
• Follow established scripts to ask questions, collect responses, and accurately document information.
• Qualify potential plaintiffs based on case-specific criteria and transfer eligible individuals to the next stage of the intake process.
• Maintain strong productivity while ensuring accuracy and professionalism on every call.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for individuals throughout the intake process.

Key Details

• Employment Type: Contract to hire
• Compensation: $19 per hour
• Work Model: Full-time, on-site
• Location: Chicago, IL
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexibility to work a shift between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM CT
