Walker Advertising is seeking an enthusiastic Intake Specialist I for our Contact Center to help potential clients understand their needs, explain our attorney network, and guide them through a smooth intake process.

You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional results, maintain confidentiality, follow scripted guidelines, and act as a liaison between clients and attorneys to ensure a seamless transition to case management.

Qualificações

• 12 months of experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, or related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Ability to learn and follow scripts and guidelines.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work at least one weekend day.

Responsabilidades

• Client Intake: Obtain appropriate and pertinent information from the potential client; encourage the client to sign legal agreements if the lead meets criteria.
• Follow-Up: If lead meets criteria, offer agreement to the client and assist with electronic execution; answer questions over the phone; escalate as needed.
• Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues; act as liaison between clients and attorneys.
• Documentation: Ensure attorney intake forms and documents are completed, signed, and filed; assist with gathering additional documentation from clients.

About the role

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and building strong client relationships. You will assist potential clients by understanding their needs, providing information about our attorney network, and ensuring a smooth intake process.

As an Intake Specialist I, you will join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional results while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.

What you’ll do

• Client Intake: Obtainappropriateand pertinent information fromthe potentialclients (PC);encouragethePCto sign legal agreements if the lead meets criteria.
• Follow-Up: If lead meets criteria, offers agreement to thePC. Assists thePCwith the electronic execution of the agreement. Answers any questionsofthePCover the phone. Escalate the call toa supervisor orattorney if legal questionsariseor objections cannot be addressed.
• Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service by addressingPCinquiries, concerns, and issues ina timelyand professional manner. Act as a liaison betweenPCand attorneys.
• Documentation: Ensure all necessary attorney intake forms and documents are completed, signed, and filed correctly.Assistwith gatheringadditionaldocumentation fromclientsas needed.
• Confidentiality: Handle all client information with the highest level of confidentiality and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other staff members to ensure a smooth transition of clients from intake to case management.

Pay Range

Starting at $21/hr plus Bi-weekly Bonuses (Remote - United States)
