Job summary

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Access program, handling intake, enrollment, insurance verification, and clerical duties in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage appointments, document services, and coordinate with medical and clinical teams across Williamson County. A High School diploma or GED and a Texas driver’s license are required; experience in medical or LMHA settings is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driving status.
• Experience in medical, hospital, or LMHA setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office) required.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the Access program (intake and enrollment).
• Answer phones, greet clients, and check in clients (in person or virtual).
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments and produce reports.
• Coordinate provider appointments and reminders; interact with clinical teams.
