Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare referral collection.
• Experience with all payer types, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Understanding of insurance verification and pre-certification.

Responsibilities

• Take Infusion Therapy referrals from sources.
• Ensure intake forms are complete and within scope.
• Obtain authorizations as required by payers.
• Communicate with departments regarding referral status.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
